Returns

• Damaged or Missing Parts: If the product is delivered damaged or with missing components.
• Incorrect or Excess Quantity Ordered: Returns are accepted even in cases of misordering or excess quantity, subject to applicable return charges.

Refunds

Refunds are processed promptly and can be issued either:

• To the original payment method, or
• As VCNITI Credits for future purchases — based on your preference.
