Premium gloss enamel paint offering up to 2.5 years (30 months) warranty against flaking, peeling, and corrosion when applied as per recommended system.

Recommended Paint System

• 1 Coat Primer + 2 Coats Enamel → 1 Year Warranty
• 2 Coats Primer + 2 Coats Enamel → 2.5 Years Warranty

Surface Preparation

Metal:

• Remove grease, rust, and loose particles
• Sand with 180 grit sandpaper
• Ensure clean surface before coating

Wood:

• Ensure properly seasoned wood
• Remove old paint and sand along grains

Masonry:

• Ensure 28 days curing
• Fix cracks and dampness issues
• Apply putty for smooth finish

Application Process

• Primer: Apply and allow 6–12 hrs drying
• Filler: Use putty/filler if required
• Topcoat:
• Dilute 1L with 100–120 ml turpentine (brush)
• Dilute 1L with 200–250 ml (spray)
• Apply 2 coats with 18–24 hrs gap

Warranty Coverage

• Flaking & Peeling: ≥20% affected area
• Corrosion: ≥5% affected area
• Replacement cost includes material + labour (as per company)

Warranty Claim Process

1. Register within 15 days of purchase
2. Raise claim within 30 days of issue
3. Provide invoice + photos
4. Allow site inspection

Warranty Exclusions

• Water leakage, dampness, fungus, algae
• Improper surface prep or application
• Mechanical damage or wear & tear
• Application on aluminium/galvanized surfaces
• Extreme environmental exposure
• Improper contractor workmanship

Precautions

• Do not apply below 10°C or above 40°C
• Avoid humidity above 85%
• Do not apply on hot or incompatible surfaces
• Ensure proper ventilation
