Surface Preparation

• Ensure 28 days curing for new surfaces.
• Clean algae, dirt, grease, and loose coatings.
• Repair cracks (>5mm) using repair compound.
• Fill cracks (≤5mm) using crack filler paste.
• Ensure SSD (Surface Saturated Dry) condition before application.

Application Process

• Horizontal Surfaces: 3 coats (~10 sq.ft/L)
• Vertical Surfaces: 2 coats (~25 sq.ft/L)
• Dilution: First coats diluted up to 35%, final coat undiluted
• Recoating Time: 4–6 hours between coats

Post Application

• Conduct ponding test after 7 days curing
• Fill water up to 5 cm height for 24 hours
• Ensure no leakage for proper waterproofing

Precautions

• Do not apply below 10°C or above 45°C
• Avoid application during rain or high humidity (>80%)
• Ensure proper slope to avoid water accumulation
• Apply extra coat on joints, corners, and leakage areas
• Use mesh reinforcement for crack-prone areas
• Suitable only for foot traffic (not heavy load)
