Surface Preparation

• Clean surface from dust, grease, and loose paint.
• Remove fungus/algae using wire brushing or bio-wash.
• Allow new plaster to cure for 28 days.
• Ensure moisture level below 16%.
• Fill cracks up to 5mm using crack filler.

Application Process

1. Sand surface using sandpaper (180 grit) and clean.
2. Apply primer and allow to dry (6 hours).
3. Apply 2 coats of wall putty and sand (320 grit).
4. Apply primer again and sand (400 grit).
5. Dilute paint (1L with 400–500 ml water).
6. Apply 2–3 coats using brush/roller.
7. Maintain 4–6 hours gap between coats.

Post Painting Care

• Allow 2 weeks before wet cleaning.
• Use mild detergent (5%) for cleaning stains.
• Clean gently with soft cloth or sponge.
• Remove stains within 4 hours for best results.

Safety & Precautions

• Do not apply below 10°C or high humidity (>90%).
• Ensure proper ventilation during application.
• Wear mask during sanding and painting.
• Do not dispose in drains or water bodies.
• No added heavy metals (Lead, Mercury, Chromium).
