Applications

Surface Preparation

• Ensure surface is clean from dust, grease, and loose paint.
• Remove fungus/algae using wire brushing or bio-wash.
• Allow new plaster to cure for 28 days.
• Maintain moisture content between 12–14%.
• Fill cracks up to 5mm using crack filler.

Application Process

1. Sand surface using sandpaper (180 grit) and clean.
2. Apply primer (1 coat) and allow to dry (6 hours).
3. Apply 2 coats of wall putty and sand (320 grit).
4. Apply primer again and sand (400 grit).
5. Dilute paint (1L with 500–600 ml water).
6. Apply 2–3 coats with 4–6 hours gap.

Post Painting Care

• Allow 2 weeks before wet cleaning.
• Use 5% detergent solution for stain removal.
• Clean gently with soft cloth or sponge.
• Remove stains within 4 hours for best results.

Safety & Precautions

• Do not apply below 10°C or above recommended humidity (>90%).
• Ensure proper ventilation during application.
• Wear mask during sanding and application.
• Do not over-thin paint.
• Lead content < 90 ppm, no heavy metals added.
• Do not dispose in drains or water bodies.
